I enjoyed friendly employees!
the hotel was excellent value and placed in a traditional-style building. i was offered a room with scenic views of the mountains. a hairdryer, a bidet, and shower caps were a plus. the location close to funicular was beautiful and fab.

The staff is flexible and service-minded towards all guests. the double rooms with balconies have fantastic views. A wide array of goodies is offered for breakfast. the hotel has a stunning, nice location near the ski lift. It's just a short walk to restaurants, and the cable car onto the slopes.

The homemade pastries and cakes offered at breakfast were absolutely delicious! The friendly staff made us feel welcome and provided us with helpful information about the beautiful surrounding area. Additionally, the free shuttle to the main attractions was a great perk. The hotel's location was ideal as it was close to many shops and had a lovely view of the mountains.
The wellness area of the hotel was an extra cost and the steam bath was not functioning. The room temperature was also quite chilly, which made it uncomfortable at times. However, despite these few shortcomings, we still enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future. this hotel offers a great value for its affordable price and its prime location in town.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the ski lift, providing easy access to the slopes. the room we stayed in had a lovely view, and the bathroom was well-maintained. the staff provided good service and were helpful with any questions we had. Breakfast included a variety of options, with homemade pastries and cakes that were quite tasty.
The hotel lacked some basic amenities, such as a gym or fitness center.

The hotel had great views of the beautiful mountains and was located in a very convenient area. the breakfast buffet offered some delicious homemade cookies and pastries. We really enjoyed the free shuttle bus service that took us directly to the ski lift.
Our Christmas experience at the hotel was far from pleasant. the room was very cold and the heating system didn’t work properly.

The hotel was located very close to the ski lift and cable car, which made it very convenient for me to access the slopes quickly. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and they made sure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
